Stephen Moody and Gerald Darsch of Natick would frequently inject themselves into the FOIA process, demanding the right to edit and screen the records which colleagues were going to produce.  Which is illegal, according to FOIA rules.

And then, surprise, we’d get records that were totally blacked-out.

Step 1: Stephen Moody tells his team that he and Darsch want to review the FOIA records anyone is producing before they are sent to legal.

Step 2: We get records like this sent to us as our official FOIA response.
